Job summary

TSMC - Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company Limited in North America is seeking an Account Manager to serve as the main commercial and operational interface with advanced-node customers. You will manage pricing, forecasting, and new tape-outs, coordinating with HQ in Taiwan and internal teams.

The role grows into broader account ownership, enabling new business and strategic initiatives, with a focus on delivering seamless execution and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, related engineering/science discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of semiconductor industry experience in account management, business development, technical program management, or applications/field engineering.
• Demonstrated program or project management experience with team leadership and cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong semiconductor domain knowledge to discuss process and packaging tech with customers at multiple levels.
• Willingness to coordinate with TSMC headquarters in Taiwan during evenings (4–5 nights/week).

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end business relationship, including pricing and quotations.
• Own demand forecasting and fulfillment across operations and planning.
• Drive new tape-out management with headquarters coordination.
• Promote TSMC's technology roadmap and coordinate internal resources.
• Resolve production and supply issues and grow into account strategy.
