Job summary

Brownstone Security is seeking an Assistant Security Manager for Arrowhead Towne Center. The role supports supervisory, training and operations at the post, following client instructions and internal policies.

You will lead officers, refine security programs and ensure strict adherence to post orders. Ideal candidates have 3+ years in security, 2+ years supervisory experience, scheduling skills, and a valid guard registration.

Qualifications

• Requires 3+ years security or related experience.
• 2+ years of progressively responsible supervisory experience.
• 1 year scheduling experience with a minimum of 336 weekly hours.
• Maintain valid registration as a security guard throughout employment.
• Maintain valid driver license and meet Brownstone Driver Authorization Policy requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Manage development, implementation and refinement of security policies and procedures.
• Directly manage security officers and other personnel.
• Respond to incidents, ensure proper reporting and notify relevant parties.
• Train and supervise officers on post orders and company policies.
• Develop and maintain scheduling for all team members and audits weekly for payroll accuracy.
• Collaborate with client to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.
