Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in security, 2 years of supervisory experience, and a valid Security Officer License, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma and Security Officer License.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Schedule management and supervisory experience appreciated.
• 3+ years in security or related field; 2+ years supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage development and refinement of security policies, standards and procedures.
• Directly manage security officers and other personnel.
• Identify and resolve security-related issues with all involved parties.
• Respond to incidents, ensure proper reporting and notification.
• Train and supervise officers on post orders and company policies.
• Create and manage break schedules per policy and regulations.
• Maintain on-site equipment and ensure accurate payroll and billing reports.
