Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Security Cross-functional Success Architect for Armis and ServiceNow Security & Risk products. You will guide enterprise customers to optimize deployments, drive adoption, and achieve measurable outcomes.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Success teams to resolve complex challenges, provide architectural guidance, and elevate security posture while ensuring scalable implementations across portfolios.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience with multiple product areas.
• Proven track record designing and implementing enterprise-scale ServiceNow solutions.
• Background in enterprise architecture, including authentication and data modeling.
• Experience in consulting roles with ability to influence technical strategy.

Responsibilities

• Drive Customer Success & Adoption across Armis and ServiceNow Security products.
• Lead cross-functional technical leadership with Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Services.
• Provide architectural guidance for Armis integrations with ServiceNow SecOps, CMDB, ITOM, and more.
• Engage strategic accounts as a trusted technical advisor and manage risks.
• Develop reusable accelerators, playbooks, health checks to scale customer success.
