The role requires leading a team, managing client relationships, and delivering results in a fast-paced security services environment. Travel and cross-functional collaboration are expected to support growth and service excellence.

Formación

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years of experience managing security or related operations.
• Experience with P&L management is required.

• Oversee security operations and client contract services for the Guarding division.
• Maintain performance within fiscal parameters; strong P&L management is essential.
• Ensure audits comply with governmental regulations.
