Prosegur Security USA, Inc. is seeking a General Manager in Rochester, NY to partner with the SVP and HR, oversee the local branch, and ensure compliant, data-driven operation aligned with corporate objectives.

The role directs security operations for the Guarding division, manages staffing and training, and drives client relations and revenue growth while upholding safety and governance standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience managing security or related operations.
• P&L management experience.
• Proven ability to develop client relations.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Knowledge of employment-related laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee security operations and client services for the Guarding division.
• Maintain performance within fiscal parameters and manage P&L.
• Ensure audits comply with governmental regulations.
• Recruit and interview staff for guarding clients.
• Coordinate operations and training per corporate procedures.
• Meet with customers to align goals.
• Develop client relations and secure new business.
• Schedule staff coverage and assignments to ensure client needs are met.
• Train staff and document performance; handle disciplinary actions.
• Prepare reports and respond to questions with documentation.
• Follow safety rules and report hazardous conditions.
• Assist SVP with duties as needed.
• Demonstrate crisis-situation composure.
• Communicate changes to team; collaborate with leadership on initiatives.
• Partner with Corporate HR on special projects and assignments.
