• Bachelor's or equivalent practical experience; 4+ years in managing managers or leading multi-team organizations
• 10+ years of program or project management in security/trust/safety or risk/compliance domains
• Experience leading large-scale security programs (vulnerability management, tooling operations, incident response)
• Experience managing cross-functional security programs with engineering, legal, policy, and operations
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting frameworks for security initiatives
• Experience identifying and resolving delivery risks and dependencies in multi-team workstreams
• Experience communicating security program status to technical and non-technical audiences

Responsabilidades

• Lead multiple security delivery managers responsible for delivering security initiatives across vulnerability management, tooling, and operational risk reduction
• Define and drive the multi-year strategy for security delivery operations, aligning priorities with company-wide security strategy
• Establish frameworks for scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting across engineering and operations
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership for coordinated delivery
• Oversee development of metrics, dashboards and reporting for exec and board audiences
• Build and develop a team of program managers with accountability and continuous improvement
• Identify systemic gaps in security program execution and drive organizational changes
• Lead escalation management and incident response coordination during high-severity events
• Evaluate tooling/automation to support program tracking and cross-team coordination
• Represent security delivery in strategic planning, headcount discussions and governance forums
