Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end execution of security programs across the company. You will oversee several delivery managers and drive the strategy, scope, and reporting for initiatives spanning vulnerability management, tooling operations, and incident response readiness.

You will partner with engineering, policy, legal, and trust teams to ensure aligned execution against security objectives, while building a high-caliber team and improving delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, with at least 4 years managing managers or leading multi-team groups.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience in security, trust/safety, or risk/compliance domains.
• Experience leading large-scale security programs, including vulnerability management or incident response.
• Experience managing cross-functional security programs with engineering, legal, policy, and operations stakeholders.
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting frameworks for security initiatives such as vulnerability management, reviews, or compliance.
• Experience identifying, escalating, and resolving delivery risks and dependencies in complex multi-team workstreams.
• Experience communicating security program status and risk posture to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery management managers responsible for delivering security initiatives across vulnerability management, security tooling, and operational risk reduction.
• Define and drive the multi-year strategy for security delivery operations, aligning priorities with company strategy and risk posture.
• Establish frameworks and operating models for how security programs are scoped, resourced, tracked, and reported across partners.
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership for coordinated delivery of cross-functional programs.
• Oversee development and improvement of security delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting for execs and board.
• Build and develop a team of program managers with accountability and continuous improvement discipline.
• Identify gaps in security program execution and drive org changes to improve velocity and risk coverage.
• Lead escalation management and incident response coordination for high-severity events.
• Evaluate tooling and automation strategies to support tracking and cross-team coordination.
• Represent security delivery in planning cycles, headcount discussions, and governance forums.
