Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end security programs across the company. You will oversee multiple security delivery managers responsible for vulnerability management, tooling operations, incident response readiness, and cross-functional partnerships.

You will set the strategic direction for how security work is scoped, prioritized, tracked, and delivered at scale, ensuring alignment across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 4+ years leading multi-team programs.
• Proven delivery of large-scale security programs with risk focus.
• Experience cross-functional with engineering, policy, legal and ops.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery managers responsible for security initiatives.
• Define multi-year strategy aligning with company security goals.
• Establish programs for scoping, resourcing, tracking and reporting.
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infra leadership.
• Develop security delivery metrics, dashboards, and exec reporting.
• Grow a team of program managers and drive accountability.
• Identify gaps and drive changes to improve velocity and risk coverage.
• Lead escalation management and incident response coordination.
• Evaluate tooling and automation to support cross-team delivery.
• Represent security delivery in planning cycles and governance forums.
