Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end security programs across vulnerability management, tooling operations, and incident response. You will oversee multiple delivery managers and partner with engineering, policy, legal, and trust and safety to align on security objectives at scale.

You will define scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting frameworks, build metrics and dashboards for executives, and drive improvements in delivery velocity and risk

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, plus 4+ years in managing multi-team groups.
• 10+ years in program or project management focused on security, risk, or compliance.
• Experience delivering large-scale security programs including vulnerability management and incident response.
• Experience managing cross-functional programs across engineering, legal, policy, and operations.
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting for security initiatives.
• Experience communicating security status to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery managers across initiatives.
• Define multi-year strategy for security delivery operations.
• Establish frameworks for scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting.
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infra leaders.
• Develop security delivery metrics, dashboards, and board-ready reporting.
