Job summary

Meta seeks an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end security program execution across vulnerability management, tooling, and incident response. You will oversee multiple delivery managers and partner with engineering, policy, legal, and trust & safety to align on security objectives at scale.

You will define frameworks, drive metrics and reporting, and build a high-performing team focused on operational rigor, risk coverage, and delivery velocity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience with 4+ years managing managers or leading multi-team organizations.
• 10+ years of program or project management in security, risk and compliance domains.
• Experience leading large-scale security programs including vulnerability management, tooling operations, or incident response.
• Experience cross-functionally with engineering, legal, policy, and operations stakeholders.
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting for security initiatives.
• Experience identifying and resolving delivery risks in multi-team security workstreams.
• Ability to communicate security status and risk in writing to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery management managers delivering security initiatives across vulnerability management, tooling, and operational risk reduction.
• Define and drive multi-year strategy for security delivery operations aligning with company security strategy and risk posture.
• Establish frameworks for scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting across engineering and operations partners.
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership for coordinated delivery.
• Oversee development and improvement of security delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting for executives.
• Build and develop a team of program managers ensuring accountability and operational rigor.
• Identify systemic gaps in security program execution and drive organizational changes to improve velocity and coverage.
• Lead escalation management and incident response coordination for high-severity events.
• Evaluate tooling and automation strategies to support tracking and workflow management.
• Represent security delivery in strategic planning, headcount discussions, and governance forums.
