Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end execution of security programs across the company. You will oversee several delivery managers and drive scoping, prioritization, tracking, and delivery at scale, ensuring alignment with engineering, policy, legal, and trust and safety teams.

You will define operating models, build metrics and dashboards for executive visibility, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement in security delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience and 4+ years of managing managers or leading multi-team organizations.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience with security/trust/safety or risk/compliance domains.
• Experience delivering large-scale security programs (vulnerability management, tooling, incident response).
• Experience leading cross-functional programs with engineering, legal, policy, and operations teams.
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting frameworks for security initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery managers responsible for security initiatives across vulnerability management, tooling, and risk reduction.
• Define and drive the multi-year strategy for security delivery operations aligned to company-wide security strategy and risk posture.
• Establish operating models for scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting across engineering and operations partners.
• Partner with engineering, trust & safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership for coordinated delivery of cross-functional programs.
• Oversee development of security delivery metrics, dashboards, and reporting for executive and board audiences.
• Build and develop a team of program managers, fostering accountability and continuous improvement in security delivery.
• Identify systemic gaps and drive organizational changes to improve velocity and risk coverage.
• Lead escalation management and incident response coordination for high-severity events.
• Evaluate tooling and automation strategies to support tracking and cross-team coordination.
• Represent security delivery in strategic planning cycles and governance forums.
