Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of program or project management with a focus on security, trust & safety, or risk/compliance domains.
• Experience delivering large-scale security programs (e.g., vulnerability management, tooling operations, incident response).
• Experience managing cross-functional security programs involving engineering, legal, policy, and operations.
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting frameworks for security initiatives.
• Experience identifying, escalating, and resolving delivery risks and dependencies in complex multi-team programs.
• Experience communicating security program status and risk to technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery management managers across security initiatives (vulnerability management, tooling, operational risk).
• Define and drive the multi-year strategy for security delivery operations.
• Establish frameworks for scoping, resourcing, tracking, and reporting across engineering and operations partners.
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership for coordinated program delivery.
• Oversee development and reporting of security delivery metrics, dashboards for exec/board audiences.
• Build and develop a team of program managers with accountability and continuous improvement in security delivery.
• Identify systemic gaps and drive organizational changes to improve velocity and risk coverage.
• Lead escalation management and incident response coordination during high-severity events.
• Evaluate tooling and automation strategies to support security program tracking and cross-team coordination.
• Represent security delivery operations in strategic planning cycles, headcount discussions, and governance forums.
