Job summary

Meta is seeking an experienced Security Delivery Manager to lead end-to-end security program delivery across vulnerability management, tooling operations, and incident response readiness. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of program or project management experience focused on security, trust, and safety, or risk, and compliance.
• Experience delivering large-scale security programs, including vulnerability management, security tooling operations, or incident response coordination.
• Experience managing cross-functional security programs involving engineering, legal, policy, and operations stakeholders.
• Experience defining delivery metrics and reporting frameworks for security initiatives such as vulnerability management, security reviews, or compliance control implementation.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple security delivery managers delivering initiatives across vulnerability management, tooling, and risk reduction.
• Define multi-year strategy for security delivery operations aligned with company-wide security strategy and risk posture.
• Establish frameworks for how security programs are scoped, resourced, tracked, and reported across engineering and operations partners.
• Partner with security engineering, trust and safety, legal, and infrastructure leadership for coordinated delivery of cross-functional security programs.
• Oversee development and reporting of security delivery metrics, dashboards, and executive reports.
• Build and develop a team of program managers, fostering accountability, operational rigor, and continuous improvement in security delivery.
• Identify systemic gaps in security program execution and drive organizational changes to improve delivery velocity and risk coverage.
• Lead escalation management and incident response coordination processes for high-severity events.
• Evaluate and improve tooling and automation strategies that support security program tracking and cross-team coordination.
• Represent security delivery operations in strategic planning cycles, headcount discussions, and governance forums.
