Job summary

GardaWorld seeks a Strategic Account Manager to oversee high-impact accounts and lead security initiatives from a remote/home-based location in California. You will drive client success, ensure contractual compliance, and guide teams across regions with up to 30% travel.

The role requires 5+ years in security operations management, strong leadership and analytical skills, and the ability to manage complex projects, RFPs, budgeting, and KPI reporting in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• 5+ years of successful experience in security operations management.

Responsibilities

• Availability for on-call duty 24/7 to address client or team issues and emergencies.
• Maintenance and update of business databases (CRM/ERP).
• Ensure consistent operations across the portfolio through regular client communications.
• Review MSA compliance at branch and site levels as needed.
• Establish/ nurture strategic relationships for principal accounts and partnerships.
• Formulate, execute, and assess security and crisis management strategies.
• Oversee client billing processes and DSO follow-ups.
