GardaWorld is seeking a Security Portfolio Manager to lead strategic direction and hands-on management across client sites in Georgia. The role focuses on security operations, risk assessment, and ensuring client satisfaction through proactive oversight and clear communications.

Ideal candidates bring years of management experience in security, strong leadership, and the ability to manage complex, multi-site environments with effective KPI-driven oversight.

Qualifications

• Five years of management experience in finance or security industries.
• Direct oversight of 30+ staff, both direct and indirect.
• Proven ability to assess risks and respond to client needs.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic direction and hands-on guidance to Supervisors for on-shift activities.
• Respond to escalations and communicate with client stakeholders.
• Assess immediate risks to customer safety and communicate findings.
• Oversee multiple client locations.
• Monitor KPIs for monthly and quarterly reviews.
• Support subordinates' performance and development.
• Manage staff concerns per company policy.
• Escalate issues to senior management as needed.
