Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) is seeking a Secured Environments Senior Project Manager to lead complex, security-focused capital projects from scope through completion. You will manage budgets, schedules, and teams, while ensuring adherence to ICD-705/TEMPEST and client expectations.

The role requires strong financial acumen, risk management, and a collaborative approach with consultants, contractors, and vendors.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred.
• 7-10 years of practical experience in construction project management.
• 3-5 years working with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST requirements.
• Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage several medium to large secured environment ground-up development projects and corporate interiors projects.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with capital plan development and project scope definition.
• Develop detailed project budgets including hard and soft costs, and conduct value engineering.
• Provide technical support across all project phases including budgeting, scheduling, site improvements, entitlements and permits, consultant selection, design team management, and contractor management.
• Assemble and manage teams of consultants and contractors, evaluating their performance via bid leveling.
• Monitor data metrics and KPIs to drive project success and cost savings.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure project performance with budgeting and cash flows.
