Job summary

JLL is seeking a Secured Environments Senior Project Manager in the Des Moines/Cedar Rapids area. You will lead complex secured environment projects, ensuring ICD-705/TEMPEST compliance, capital planning, and multi‑project delivery across consultants, contractors, and vendors.

You will drive budgets, scheduling, risk management, and on‑site supervision while maintaining JLL standards and client relationships. This role emphasizes cost savings and value engineering across programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field strongly preferred.
• 7–10 years practical experience in construction project management.
• 3–5 years working with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST requirements.

Responsibilities

• Manage capital plan development and project scope.
• Develop detailed project budgets and conduct value engineering.
• Provide cross‑functional technical support through all project phases.
• Lead teams of consultants and contractors and monitor performance.
• Track KPIs and data metrics to drive project success and cost savings.
• Maintain client relationships and ensure satisfaction.
• Oversee on‑site supervision and financial reporting.
• Lead secured environment ground‑up and interiors projects to meet ICD‑705/TEMPEST requirements.
• Identify liabilities and manage risk with the JLL playbook.
• Demonstrate proficiency in space planning and construction documentation.
