Job summary

JLL in Arizona seeks a Secured Environments Senior Project Manager to lead multiple ground-up and corporate interiors projects, ensuring ICD-705/TEMPEST compliance. You will coordinate with consultants, contractors, and clients, manage budgets, schedules, and risk while driving cost savings and value engineering.

The role requires extensive construction management experience, strong financial acumen, and the ability to travel across the US and Canada in a hybrid work setting with on-site client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management strongly preferred.
• 7-10 years of practical experience in construction project management.
• 3-5 years working with secured environment projects meeting ICD-705/TEMPEST requirements.
• Experience leading and running numerous projects simultaneously.
• Ability to manage several medium to large secured environment ground-up development projects and corporate interiors projects.
• Strong working knowledge of accounting and financial reporting, budgeting, scheduling and process as they relate to corporate real estate.
• Knowledge of reading design development and construction documents.
• Experience working with landlords, developers and institutional owners.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional manner and computer literacy.
• Ability to read commercial leases and support lease review processes.
• Flexibility with work hours and travel (US and/or Canada) as needed, with hybrid work up to three days in client offices.

Responsibilities

• Support clients with capital plan development and project scope definition.
• Develop detailed project budgets including hard and soft costs and value engineering initiatives.
• Provide technical support across budgeting, scheduling, site improvements, entitlements and permits, consultant selection, design team management, and contractor management.
• Assemble and manage required teams of consultants and contractors and evaluate performance.
• Mine, track, and monitor data metrics and KPIs to drive project success and cost savings.
• Maintain client relationships through periodic account calls and communications, managing conflict resolution and satisfaction.
• Provide on-site supervision to ensure project performance criteria and manage cash flows and monthly reporting.
• Lead multiple secured environment ground-up development projects and corporate interiors projects with ICD-705/TEMPEST compliance.
• Identify and address liabilities and risk, manage the JLL playbook with clients on risk mitigation.
• Demonstrate proficiency in space planning, programming, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
• Establish and refine best practices and standards of excellence across teams and clients.
• Ensure accurate management of accounts receivable to maintain working capital targets.
