Job summary

Mason & Blair, LLC, a leading tech company, seeks an accomplished accounting leader to oversee external financial reporting and technical accounting. You will coach a team, direct SEC filings, and collaborate with operations and business leaders on complex transactions to ensure accurate and compliant disclosures.

In this senior role you will monitor regulatory developments, interface with auditors and investor relations, and drive process improvements across reporting controls to support

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline with U.S. GAAP and SEC knowledge.
12+ years of progressive accounting experience, including 6+ years in leadership.
Experience filing Forms 10-K, 10-Q, Proxy Statements and SEC reports.

Responsibilities

Lead preparation and submission of SEC filings and MD&A.
Coordinate with external auditors through audits and reviews.
Support investor relations with financial presentations.
Foster partnerships across operations, tax, treasury, legal, and HR.
Monitor SEC/FASB updates and advise on impacts.
Prepare Audit Committee materials.
Serve as technical accounting resource for strategic transactions.
Mentor and develop the accounting team.
