Qualifications

• High school diploma required, associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service.
• Proficient Microsoft Office Suite and ability to learn proprietary software.
• Ability and willingness to cover interim staffing gaps.
• Willingness to expand knowledge of the locum tenens business.
• Willingness to take classes and participate in learning opportunities.
• Strong organization skills.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• SOURCES, screens, and qualifies candidates based on criteria for priority searches.
• Consistently source candidates for specific positions.
• Generates quality leads for Consultants.
• Completes initial needs assessment to assess provider’s needs and wants.
• Uses all appropriate sourcing resources effectively.
• Determines whether to keep contact with provider or hand over to a Consultant.
• Documents candidate interest across divisions and forwards information as appropriate.
• Follows up on leads within 24 hours.
