Job summary

Aptive Intelligent Pest Control is seeking a hard-working Corporate Recruiter for our Provo, Utah office. This contractor, full-time role focuses on building relationships with hiring managers, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years recruiting corporate roles, proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite, and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Workday experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience recruiting for corporate positions.
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with hiring managers and support recruitment processes.
• Identify qualified candidates via resumes review and phone screens.
• Source candidates through online channels and networks.
• Coordinate interviews with recruiting coordinators and hiring managers.
• Manage applicant flow and gather feedback to improve partnerships.
