Serenity Mental Health Centers is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for multiple roles in Lehi/Provo, UT. The role emphasizes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and building strong pipelines while partnering with hiring managers to fill positions efficiently.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in recruiting, strong communication skills, and experience with ATS tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, or Workable.

Competenze

• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates rather than relying on inbound applications.
• Experience managing multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
• Ability to build productive relationships with hiring managers.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems and common recruiting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions from sourcing through offer.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, direct outreach, and other recruiting channels.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess experience, communication, motivation, and alignment with the role.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and hiring priorities.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain consistent communication with candidates and hiring teams.
