• Detail oriented with strong research skills.

Responsibilities

• Sources, screens, and qualifiers candidates based on criteria for searches.
• Sources candidates for specific positions and generates quality leads.
• Completes initial in-depth needs assessment to assess provider’s needs and wants.
• Documents candidate's interest and forwards information to Consultants.
• Follows up on leads within 24 hours.
• Assists with special projects as directed.
