Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking a Sales Consultant in Union, NJ to build strong, profitable customer relationships through tailored seafood and gourmet product solutions. You will collaborate with chefs, restaurateurs, hospitality professionals, and retailers to drive revenue and gross profit, while coordinating with product, logistics, and finance teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

2+ years outside sales in perishable foods; seafood preferred.
2–5 years of professional sales in foodservice or 5–7 years in chef/restaurant management.
Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality or Culinary Arts preferred.

Responsibilities

Cultivate new business opportunities through networking and consultative sales approaches.
Manage and expand existing accounts by building trust with customized solutions.
Collaborate with chefs, restaurateurs, and stakeholders to meet goals.
Represent and promote premium seafood and gourmet products to customers.
Coordinate with product, logistics, and finance for deliveries and terms.
Develop strategic sales plans and maintain proposals and records.
