Job summary

Fortune Fish & Gourmet is seeking a Sales Consultant to build strong, profitable customer relationships and drive revenue in the perishable foods space. The role partners with chefs, restaurateurs, hospitality pros, and retailers to tailor solutions and promote premium products.

You will coordinate with product, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely deliveries and optimized pricing. The ideal candidate has 2+ years in outside sales for perishable foods (seafood preferred) and strong

Qualifications

2+ years outside sales experience in perishable food products (seafood experience preferred).
Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Hospitality, Culinary Arts preferred, or 3+ years of relevant industry experience.
Excellent English communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Cultivate new business opportunities through networking and consultative sales approaches.
Manage and expand existing accounts by building trust and providing customized product solutions.
Collaborate with chefs, restaurant owners, and stakeholders to exceed expectations and achieve business goals.
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
Coordinate with product, purchasing and operations to align inventory and deliveries.
