The successful candidate will actively promote premium seafood and other gourmet products, train store staff, and stay current on market trends while supporting promotional calendars and in-store demonstrations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional sales experience in retail or perishable foods; seafood experience preferred.
• Proven work experience in Retail Account Specialist or Sales Consultant role.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and manage key retail accounts with consultative selling.
• Provide product expertise and training to retailer staff on attributes, features, and prep techniques.
• Coordinate with internal teams to align inventory, deliveries, and terms with customer needs.
• Maintain professional store appearances and support promotions and in-store events.
