Impact Networking in Indianapolis is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify, engage, and qualify prospects, building pipeline for the sales org. You will conduct outbound and inbound outreach, set meetings with VP-to-CxO level leaders, and partner with Account Executives to accelerate revenue growth.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development or outbound lead generation.
• Strong verbal and written communication with executive audiences.

• Proficient with CRM and sales engagement platforms.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via outbound calling and email.
• Schedule meetings with VP- and C-level decision makers and advance director-level talks.
• Maintain timely activity, notes, and follow-ups in the CRM.
