Qualifications

• Experience in sales development, business development, or outbound lead generation.
• Proven experience with outbound cold calling and high-volume prospecting.
• Strong verbal and written communication with executive audiences.
• Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms (Salesforce, SalesLoft, Outreach).
• Ability to articulate business challenges across industries; IT services knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new business opportunities via outbound calls, email, and sequences.
• Secure meetings with VP- and C-level decision makers; advance Director-level conversations.
• Generate a consistent volume of qualified sales meetings to support monthly pipeline.
• Conduct discovery to uncover business challenges and align solutions.
• Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handoffs of opportunities.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity and follow-ups.
• Leverage intent data and sales intelligence for targeted outreach.
• Build and nurture relationships with consistent, value-driven follow-up.
