Datavant is seeking a Head of Science Operations who will partner with the CSO to translate the Science Team’s vision into actionable priorities and measurable impact across Life Sciences. You will oversee leadership-team operations, drive strategic planning, and coordinate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, and Finance to optimize services delivery and product science support.

The role demands strong scientific judgment, program leadership, and the ability to bring structure to ambiguity

Formación

• At least 7 years of industry experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across scientific, technical, commercial and operations functions.

Responsabilidades

• Define annual and quarterly priorities with the CSO and Science Leadership Team.
• Translate priorities into plans with milestones, ownership, and measurable outcomes.
• Manage Science Leadership Team operations including agendas, decisions and action tracking.
• Propose resourcing for leadership review and escalate cross-functional risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate with Finance and Commercial leads on pipeline forecasts and capacity models.
• Prepare presentations and decision documents for the CSO and senior leaders.
