Datavant is seeking a Head of Science Operations to partner with the CSO and science leadership, translating vision into actionable priorities. You will coordinate with product, engineering, commercial, finance, and operations to shape a focused science program that drives business impact for Life Sciences.

The role requires strong strategic thinking, scientific judgment, and the ability to lead across complex initiatives in a matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of industry experience in life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across scientific, technical, commercial, and operations functions.

Responsibilities

• Define science operations strategy and set priorities.
• Lead cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Finance and Operations.
• Manage meetings, decisions, action tracking, and follow-through.
• Prepare presentations and business updates for the CSO.
