Datavant seeks a Head of Science Operations to partner with the CSO and Science Leadership Team, translating scientific strategy into structured priorities and actionable plans across product, engineering, and operations. The role drives leadership effectiveness, budgeting, and external-facing science communications.

Formación

• At least 7 years of industry experience in life sciences, healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience in roles requiring scientific judgment, strategic problem-solving, and leadership of complex initiatives across scientific, technical, commercial, and operations functions

Responsabilidades

• Define annual and quarterly priorities with CSO and Science Leadership Team.
• Translate priorities into plans, milestones, ownership, and measures of success.
• Lead Science Leadership Team meetings and manage operations, agendas, decisions and follow-through.
• Propose resourcing for Leadership Team confirmation and raise cross-functional risks.
• Coordinate science input for commercial strategy and product roadmap prioritization.
• Support tracking of time, studies, and publications; manage science budgeting.
• Prepare CSO presentations and represent CSO in internal meetings.
