Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years in life sciences, healthcare, or related field.
• Experience leading complex initiatives across scientific, technical, commercial, and operations functions.

Responsibilities

• Define annual and quarterly priorities with the CSO.
• Translate priorities into clear plans, milestones, ownership, and measures of success.
• Lead Science Leadership Team meetings and track decisions.
• Coordinate Science input for commercial strategy and product roadmap prioritization.
• Develop an integrated view of services delivery, product science support, and client outcomes.
• Prepare executive updates and decision documents for senior leadership.
