Job summary

North Country Healthcare in Whitefield, NH, is seeking a Scheduling Manager to lead its centralized scheduling department across physician practices, hospital services, and ancillary care. The role is full-time and focused on improving patient access and operational efficiency.

You will develop standardized workflows, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with Revenue Cycle and clinical leaders to optimize access and reduce revenue leakage.

Qualifications

• Five (5) years in healthcare scheduling or revenue cycle or ambulatory operations.
• Three (3) years of leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Associate’s degree in healthcare administration or related field preferred.
• CRCR or other revenue cycle certification preferred; Lean/Six Sigma certified preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead centralized scheduling across all departments and service lines.
• Develop standardized scheduling policies, workflows, and procedures.
• Monitor scheduling performance and report metrics to leadership.
• Collaborate with Revenue Integrity, Financial Counseling, Patient Access, and Clinical Operations.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and organizational policies.
