National Partners In Healthcare is seeking a Medical Scheduler in Manchester, NH to coordinate and optimize work schedules for Physicians and CRNAs. The role ensures accurate coverage, credentialing compliance, and continuity of patient care across all sites.

The position emphasizes real‑time scheduling, shift assignments, and collaboration with providers, practice admin, and leadership to balance coverage and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize work and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work effectively with staff, physicians, and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily clinical staffing to ensure seamless practice operations across all sites.
• Monitor productivity metrics and adjust staffing to meet operational demands.
• Execute real‑time scheduling updates for call‑ins and shift adjustments.
• Assign providers daily based on shift type, credentialing status and surgeon requests.
• Maintain scheduling software (Spinfusion).
• Track attendance, shift compliance, and hours worked for payroll or productivity purposes.
