The role involves annual program evaluations, budgeting, staffing, and ensuring regulatory compliance, with emphasis on safety and patient satisfaction. On-site role with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• AS/BS degree in nursing required.
• License to practice nursing (NH RN license) preferred if applicable.
• Experience in healthcare management and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage overall clinics and administrative functions of assigned practices.
• Collaborate with medical staff and practice leadership to meet patient, provider, and staff needs.
• Complete annual RHC program evaluations under the Director of Specialty Care.
• Foster a positive work environment through effective communication and regular staff meetings.
• Ensure adequate staffing for smooth operations.
• Oversee quality monitoring and improvement and adherence to indicators.
• Coordinate timely patient appointments with teams.
• Maintain strong physician and customer relations; respond to event reports.
• Perform regular clinical chart audits and compliance with policies.
