The Practice Manager oversees the daily operations of multiple affiliated medical practices within NCH. The role involves collaborating with clinical, operational, and medical staff to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective, patient‑centric care. Responsibilities include developing and implementing quality improvement plans, managing overhead expenses, ensuring providers meet contracted patient hours, and supervising staff development through education, coaching, and performance reviews.
Must possess an AS/BS degree in nursing.
All new hires are required to attend a mandatory three‑day orientation at Weeks Medical Center in Lancaster, NH. Attendance on all three days is required for onboarding completion. Additionally, if Weeks Medical Center is not your designated home base, you will be eligible for travel reimbursement in accordance with our standard travel policy.
