Job summary

Northern Virginia Community College (NOVA) seeks a Director of Strategic Scheduling and Enrollment Analytics to lead collegewide scheduling standards, analytics, and strategic enrollment initiatives. You will collaborate with academic leaders, the Registrar’s Office, and IT to optimize schedules and resource use.

Applicants should have extensive experience in academic scheduling, enrollment management, and data-driven decision making, with strong leadership and communication skills to drive

Qualifications

• Experience in academic scheduling, enrollment management, registrar operations, or related higher education administration.
• Experience analyzing data and making recommendations based on data.
• Experience preparing reports and presentations.
• Experience using Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Experience working with student information systems, scheduling software, or other enterprise administrative systems.
• Experience coordinating projects and leading cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates campus scheduling staff and standards.
• Develops and maintains collegewide scheduling timelines.
• Monitors process integrity and data quality.
• Provides analytical support and data-driven recommendations.
• Advises academic leaders on scheduling and enrollment strategies.
