Qualifications

• Knowledge of academic scheduling, enrollment management, classroom utilization, and schedule-of-classes production in a complex higher education environment.
• Familiarity with scheduling software and enterprise systems used in higher education.
• Strong project management, data interpretation, and stakeholder coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus scheduling staff and develop collegewide scheduling standards and timelines.
• Monitor process integrity and provide analytical support for enrollment decisions.
• Advise academic leaders on scheduling and enrollment strategies and provide training materials.
