Job summary

Northern VA Community College seeks a Director of Strategic Scheduling and Enrollment Analytics to lead scheduling governance, analytics, and strategic support for six campuses and 80+ programs.

The role drives data-informed enrollment management, collaborates with Provosts, Registrar, Enrollment Management, IT, and academic leaders to implement scheduling standards and ensure space utilization and program alignment across campus. Exempt, full-time position in Fairfax County, VA.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of academic scheduling and enrollment management in a multi-campus college.
• Experience with scheduling software and SIS platforms.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Experience with data-informed decision making.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate campus scheduling staff.
• Develop and maintain scheduling standards and timelines.
• Monitor process integrity.
• Provide analytical support.
• Advise academic leaders on scheduling and enrollment strategies.
• Provide training, communication, and process documentation.
• Support development of student-responsive schedules reflecting demand and capacity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement scheduling and enrollment goals.
• Solicit input from employees and share feedback with supervisors.
