Job summary

Leidos in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Project Scheduling, Controls, and Analytics professional to support the FAA CSA PRG. You will manage schedules in Primavera, analyze data, and support project reporting and execution end-to-end.

The role requires 4–12 years of scheduling experience, resource loading, and strong communication skills, with the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance. Fort Worth-based position with cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in engineering/PM or related field.
• 4–12 years scheduling projects with Primavera.
• Experience developing and managing resource-loaded schedules.
• Experience with schedule analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and analyze project schedules with Primavera and Tableau.
• Maintain Corporate Work Plan (CWP) and activity tracking.
• Create recurring/ad hoc reports for PIT, CSA leadership, and executives.
• Update resource allocations and budgeted labor units.
• Assist with baseline/re-baseline schedule management.
• Ensure proper project closeout and documentation.
• Maintain data integrity for reporting across scheduling, cost, forecasting, and EVM.
• Apply project controls to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Present assessments to PIMs and stakeholders.
