Job summary

Leidos is seeking a seasoned Project Scheduler/Controls professional to support the FAA CSA PRG from Fort Worth, TX. You will manage schedule integrity, resource loading, and reporting using Primavera and Tableau, while contributing to the Corporate Work Plan and cost control efforts.

The role emphasizes data analytics, schedule forecasting, and actionable recommendations to leadership, with a focus on earning value management and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, Business, or related field; years' experience may substitute degree.
• 4–12 years of experience scheduling projects using Primavera.
• 4–12 years of experience developing and managing resource-loaded project schedules.
• Experience with schedule analysis, forecasting, and reporting.
• Familiarity with complex, multi-project environments and integrated master schedules.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
• Effective oral and written communication.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera and Tableau.
• Maintain and administer the Corporate Work Plan (CWP).
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports using Primavera, Tableau, Excel, and 3D reporting tools.
• Update and analyze project resource allocations and budgeted labor.
• Assist PIMs with baseline and re-baseline schedule management.
• Ensure proper project closeout with documentation, approvals, and financial reconciliation.
• Maintain schedule data integrity across scheduling, cost management, forecasting, risk, EVM, estimating, and critical path analysis.
• Apply project controls best practices to identify risks and improvement opportunities.
• Present project assessments, findings, and recommendations to PIMs and stakeholders.
