Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field.
• 4–12 years scheduling experience with Primavera; resource-loaded schedules.
• Proficiency in Excel; strong analytical and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera and Tableau, including resource loading, schedule updates, template management, and schedule integrity validation.
• Maintain and administer the Corporate Work Plan (CWP), including project assignments, organization codes, status updates, project verification, and tracking of CAI/JAI activities.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports using Primavera, Tableau, Excel, and 3D reporting tools to support PIT, CSA leadership, and executive decisions.
• Update and analyze project resource allocations and budgeted labor units.
• Assist PIMs with baseline and re-baseline schedule management and CWP updates.
• Ensure proper project closeout by verifying documentation, approvals, and financial reconciliation.
• Maintain schedule data integrity to support reporting across scheduling, cost, forecasting, risk, EVM, estimating, and critical path analysis.
• Apply project controls to identify risks and gaps and develop actionable recommendations.
• Present assessments, findings, and recommendations to PIMs and stakeholders.
