Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced scheduling and analytics professional to support FAA’s CSA PRG within the NISC program. The role focuses on Primavera-based scheduling, data analytics, and Corporate Work Plan administration, with a strong emphasis on reporting and earned value considerations.

The ideal candidate has 4–12 years in project scheduling, resource loading, and analysis, with proficiency in Primavera and MS Office.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required or equivalent experience in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field.
4–12 years scheduling projects with Primavera; experience in resource-loaded schedules and schedule forecasting.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and analyze project schedules using Primavera and Tableau, including resource loading and schedule integrity validation.
Maintain and administer the Corporate Work Plan (CWP) with project assignments and activity tracking.
Create recurring and ad hoc reports to support leadership and decision-making.
Update project resource allocations and budgeted labor units; support baseline and re-baseline schedule management.
Ensure proper project closeout with required documentation and reconciliations.
Apply project controls to identify risks and improvement opportunities; present findings to stakeholders.
