Job summary

Leidos is seeking a professional for the NISC program to support FAA CSA PRG with project scheduling, controls, and analytics using Primavera and Tableau. Based in Fort Worth, TX, this role offers a fast-paced environment to apply scheduling expertise to national airspace initiatives.

Responsibilities include maintaining the Corporate Work Plan, generating recurring and ad hoc reports, and analyzing resource allocations and budgets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management, business, or related field.
• 4–12 years scheduling experience with Primavera required.
• Experience with resource-loaded schedules, forecasting, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera and Tableau with resource loading.
• Administer the Corporate Work Plan and track CAI/JAI activities.
• Create recurring and ad hoc reports for PIT, CSA leadership, and executives.
• Analyze resource allocations and budgeted labor units.
• Assist PIMs with baseline and re-baseline schedule management.
• Ensure proper project closeout and financial reconciliation.
• Maintain schedule data integrity for reporting and EVM.
• Identify risks and improvement opportunities; develop recommendations.
• Present assessments and findings to stakeholders.
