Leidos is seeking a seasoned scheduling and data analytics professional to support the FAA ESA PRG. This telework role with about 10% travel focuses on Primavera scheduling, RAM analysis, and Tableau reporting.

You will coordinate with PIMs, monitor labor and budgets, and keep schedule integrity across multiple FAA offices in the Eastern US. Required are 10+ years in scheduling with Primavera or MS Project, 7+ years in data analysis with Tableau, and a strong MS Office background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; years of experience may substitute.
• At least 10 years scheduling experience with Primavera or MS Project.
• At least 7 years in data analysis and reporting with Tableau.
• 7+ years developing resource-loaded project schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and strong communication.

Responsabilités

• Analyze, maintain, and resource-load Primavera project schedules.
• Monitor labor hours, budgeted labor units, and resource assignments.
• Perform workload analysis to optimize resources.
• Develop RAM analyses and project team assignments.
• Create Tableau dashboards and project performance reports.
• Generate ad hoc reports in Primavera, Tableau, and Excel.
• Support baseline and re-baseline schedule management.
• Identify risks and opportunities for process improvement.
• Present findings to stakeholders and support EW/CPD needs.
