Job summary

Leidos is seeking an experienced professional to support the FAA in the Eastern Service Area by managing complex project schedules, performing data-driven analysis, and developing dashboards. The role emphasizes Primavera expertise, RAM analysis, and cross-functional coordination with project teams and stakeholders.

The position is primarily telework with 10% travel and requires the ability to obtain Public Trust clearance and work across multiple FAA engineering offices nationwide.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, project management or related field.
• 10+ years scheduling projects using Primavera or Microsoft Project.
• 7+ years data analysis and reporting using Tableau.
• 7+ years experience developing resource-loaded project schedules.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suites.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, maintain, and resource-load Primavera project schedules.
• Monitor labor hours, budgeted labor units, resource assignments, and resource availability.
• Develop Tableau dashboards and reports to monitor project performance.
• Produce Planned vs. Actual, labor charging, staffing and schedule performance reports.
• Support Project Implementation Managers with baseline and re-baseline schedule management.
• Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for process improvement.
