Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Project Scheduling and Analytics expert to support the FAA in Des Moines, WA. The role focuses on managing schedules in Primavera P6, loading labor data, and delivering ad-hoc reporting from Primavera and Tableau.

The ideal candidate has a BA and 4–8 years of experience, expert Primavera P6, and strong communication to work with diverse stakeholders. US citizenship or green card is required for Public Trust clearance.

Qualifications

• Typically requires a BA degree and 4–8 years of prior relevant experience or master's with 2–6 years of prior relevant experience.
• Expert level Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• US Citizenship or Green Card Holder with 3+ years in the US to be eligible for Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update and analyze project schedules utilizing Primavera.
• Resource load project schedules utilizing Primavera.
• Update budgeted labor units as needed.
• Track CAI and JAI items from the CWP Portal and process sign-offs.
• Advance data dates monthly for all Active project schedules in Primavera.
