Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
• 6+ years experience in software and medical industries; or 4+ with advanced degree.
• Experience with regulated SaaS products and/or SaMD preferred.
• Track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead cross-functional project planning and execution.
• Manage dependencies across multiple projects within a program.
• Develop and communicate program plans and milestones.
• Represent product development in audits and ensure traceability.
• Facilitate meetings and drive action items and ownership.
• Monitor performance, address issues, and keep teams aligned.
• Assess risks and prioritize based on business priorities.
• Collaborate across functions to optimize processes.
• Adapt to complex problems requiring in-depth analysis.
