Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field required.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience, with preference for software and medical industries; or an advanced degree with 4+ years.
• Experience with regulated SaaS products and/or software-as-a-medical-device (SaMD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Point person for multiple cross-functional projects and lead planning, coordination, execution, and delivery.
• Recognize and coordinate dependencies to ensure early and timely coordination across projects.
• Establish, maintain, and communicate plans for multiple cross-functional projects.
• Represent project managers and communicate with stakeholders as needed.
• Hold team members accountable, set performance standards, resolve issues, and keep teams engaged.
• Introduce new initiatives or concepts to project teams as appropriate.
• Represent product development in audits and demonstrate traceability with written procedures.
• Tackle complex issues requiring in-depth analysis of variable factors and data.
• Use sound judgment to select methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for results.
